Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from VOW, you agree to the following terms:
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is faulty.
• Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. Please read all size guides carefully before purchasing.
• Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided during checkout.
• International Orders: Customers outside Spain are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond our control.
Shipping Policy
• Domestic Orders (Spain): Orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days after payment is confirmed.
• European Orders: Typically ship within 5–10 working days, unless stated otherwise (e.g. pre-orders). Customs processing times may vary.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.
• Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return fees.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: VOW is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the courier. Any claims should be directed to the shipping provider.
Returns and Exchanges
• All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
• Faulty Items: If your item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds: Refunds are only processed for faulty items. Returned items will be inspected before any refund is issued.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
